Deposits are nonrefundable.Minimum of 24 hours is required to reschedule to another date.If you are more than 20 minutes late and technician HAS a client after you - your appointment will be canceled and you will lose your deposit. If technician DOESN'T have a client after you technician can wait but you will be charged extra for lateness.

Refund policy: The refund after the service is done can be made only if the client hasn’t left the studio after the session. If the client left the studio, the refund can’t be issued.
